Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation

Please note that an order cannot be canceled under any circumstances once it has been placed. This policy applies for the following reasons:

• Immediate processing: Our fulfillment system begins processing your order as soon as it's confirmed. This includes packing and shipping scheduling, which cannot be interrupted or reversed.
• Inventory allocation: Each confirmed order reserves a certain amount of inventory that is no longer available to other customers. Cancellation at this stage impacts inventory management and order processing efficiency.

However, if we have not yet received your order, we may be able to assist you with changes such as:

• Changing the size or color of an item
• Update delivery address
• Small adjustments to your order

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you would like to make a change. While we cannot guarantee that all changes will be possible, we will do our best to accommodate them if the order has not yet been shipped.
