If you choose Klarna or another third-party financing provider, your payment agreement will be governed by the terms and conditions of that provider. Sneakers of London is not responsible for decisions made by third-party payment services.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

9. Disputed Charges

If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please contact us immediately at support@sneakersoflondon.co.uk so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to challenge fraudulent or unjustified chargeback claims.

10. Billing Information Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where inaccurate or incomplete information is provided.
